Amy Yeh

Amy Yeh is a Partner in Shanghai Office. Prior to joining KTB, Amy was with Softbank China Venture Capital (SBCVC) and was a member of the Investment Committee of SBCVC. She was responsible for deal origination, due diligence, appraisals, negotiation, deal-structuring, on-going management, M&A, and exit strategy. Two portfolio companies under her management achieved 6-8 times of return in less than 4 years. Her major investments include Focus Media and Alibaba. Prior to joining SBCVC in 2000, Amy was a Senior Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers advising and assisting domestic and international clients in assurance services and fund raising exercises in the international capital market (e.g. the IPO of UTStarcom). In addition, Amy advised multinational enterprises on China business development. Her clients included Softbank, Philips, Ericsson, Hitachi, Lucent Technologies, UTStarcom, Hyundai Electronics, Xerox, Logitech, U.S. Federal Financing Bank and etc. Amy is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and speaks fluent English and Chinese.
